The Event
Day one begins with a keynote address, leading into a full day of “KnowledgeShare” sessions. Attendees interact in a roundtable forum with other industry thought leaders to discuss and problem-solve marketing obstacles that exist in the current regulatory environment. Solutions will be recorded and built into real-time templates for use during the second half of the meeting. Day two is structured in an all-new case study format.
Attendees are asked to apply key concepts from day one to a “challenge.” Throughout the course of day two’s sessions, real-world obstacles are provided to the predesignated attendee/thought-leader teams. The Forum culminates with each team presenting its solution strategy and the tools and tactics used to achieve the desired goal. The final result is the compilation of several unique approaches to a key industry issue, which
attendees can take back and implement in their individual settings.

| Day One: Gaining Knowledge |
Keynote
• Keynote address from an industry expert, offering a provocative overview
of the Forum topic.
• Introduction of the interactive format, team identification, and case
study.
KnowledgeShare Sessions
• Roundtable discussions, facilitated by the Sponsor as a champion of the
topic assisted by two to three invited industry thought leaders. Each of the
roundtable sessions will focus on a key element of the Forum topic.
Attendees can choose the KnowledgeShare sessions of interest to them.
KnowledgeShare Key Findings Interactive Panel
• The industry experts and topic champions provide a summary of the most
insightful and provocative ideas
discussed in the sessions to the whole group.

| Day Two: Turning Knowledge Into Action |
Team Workshops
• Attendees work with their teams, address the challenges, and develop a
solution for the designated case study. In three sessions, led by a team
leader, the team members will work together to identify a strategic approach
to the case study. Mimicking real-world situations, obstacles will be
presented throughout the
sessions.
Turning Action into Tactics
• In the final Forum session, team leaders will present their team’s
solution strategy and outline the necessary tools and tactics to achieve the
desired goal. |
